Vice President Mike Pence said in a tweet that he and the Second Lady will travel to the U.S./ Mexico border at McAllen with a bipartisan delegation of members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“The Senate passed bipartisan humanitarian relief – but much more must be done to secure our border and end this crisis,” Pence said.
Pence did not specify which members will attend, but some of the Senators in the committee include: Lindsay Graham, John Cornyn, Ted Cruz and John Kennedy, along with presidential candidates Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Amy Klobuchar.
