RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley will highlight Día de los Niños on April 30 to honor and celebrate children.
In a news release from the Newsroom at UTRGV, the university is marking the annual event with “UTRGV Story Time“.
It is a special online project that features university faculty and friends reading children’s books. Some stories will be read by the authors themselves or feature musical accompaniment.
The release said, as children remain at home with their families during the COVID-19 pandemic, UTRGV hopes parents will share and enjoy these videos with their young ones.
