SpaceX Brownsville before and after fire damage

News

BROWNSVILLE, TX – – Business as usual at the SpaceX launch site near Boca Chica Beach in Brownsville.

Today we take a closer look at the damage caused just days after a prototype was engulfed in flames.

We visit the same starship hopper and here are the photographs one week apart.

Despite a recent fire on late Tuesday night, we find no major visible damage. (Note that the difference in color is slightly different due to the time of day the images were taken)

At this time we have not received official confirmation from SpaceX about ongoing tests or delays.

We’ll continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available.
