PVAC asking for community help during kitten and puppy season

News

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas -Tuesday, the Palm Valley Animal Society asked the community for help as we enter the kitten and puppy season.

The shelter is experiencing an influx of animals at their shelter and they are asking for help with donations and foster families.

They are also asking for items like formula, wet food, beds, and toys.

“We had a 93% save rate for April 2020, we want to continue that trend to save every single animal that comes through our doors to find them a new home. To find them a foster family, until they can be moved into a home,” said Julian Whitacre, Development Coordinator for PVAC.

Whitacre said you can also be involved by joining their giving program. To find out more, click here.
