BROWNSVILLE, Texas — The city of Brownsville is one of the best places to start a business, according to a study done by WalletHub. The city stands at number 13 on a list of more than 180 cities in the U.S. for Hispanic entrepreneurs. The survey examines the business friendliness and purchasing power Hispanic entrepreneurs receive when starting a new venture. 12 other cities in Texas make the top 50 percent according to the survey. The city of Laredo coming in at Number 1 on the list.
