A yoga instructor in the Valley is doing what he does best to provide an escape to those self-isolating or looking for nice workout amid COVID-19.
Matthew Morales is the owner of Quiet Mind Yoga, and over the past few days, he has been giving classes to everyone and anyone that wishes to join him on Facebook Live.
Morales says he is taking it day by day.
“One thing that I will say, and that I always say in the videos, is that now is the time where you get to choose whether you feed fear or whether you choose to feed love, and I always encourage people to feed love and to love themselves and this is the perfect way for people to do that.”
Morales says he ow working on doing more pre-recorded videos to add to the page.
