BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the whereabouts of Belinda Zavala (47). Zavala has an active warrant for theft of a motor vehicle.
Detectives have obtained information that Zavala may be in the area of Harlingen, or La Feria.
