Woman Arraigned on Charges for Body Found in Rural Donna

A woman is arraigned on charges related to the death of a man whose body was found in rural Donna.
The 45-year-old was charged with tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse.
It follows the discovery of the body of 17-year-old Carlos Mario Perez Aguilar. The remains of the Mexican national were found in an orchard off Val Verde Road on the outskirts of Donna. Investigators said the man died in the woman’s home. They also said the woman and her brother allegedly disposed of the body and did not call authorities.
