The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for all of the Rio Grande Valley. 

The advisory is in effect until 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. 

The National Weather Service is reporting that wind chills will range from 27 to 30 degrees across the area. 

Everyone is advised to limit exposure while outdoors, dress in layers of clothing with hats and gloves. 

Also, don’t forget the pets, plants and pipes!
