A water line was damaged at approximately 2:30 p.m. at Morningside and Gulf Boulevard. Water has been shut off from East Verna Jean to East Sunset between Padre Boulevard and Gulf Boulevard. Laguna Madre Water District repairs should be completed in approximately four to six hours.
