Video Shows Cop Pointing Gun at Kids, No Mention In Official Documents

Newly released documents from the El Paso Police Department do not mention a gun in the now viral video involving an officer pointing one at kids in a south Central El Paso neighborhood. 

The cell phone video from Thursday afternoon shows the moments after the peace officer, identified in court documents as Jose Rios, responded to a “criminal trespass” and “criminal mischief in progress call”. The documents also stats Officer Rios detained a quote “large group” of juveniles for investigative purposes. It was during this investigation that documents state 17 year old Julian Saucedo did not comply with the officers commands.
