Twelve Cuban migrants arrested in raid

JUAREZ, Mexico – Mexican federal authorities and national guard soldiers arrested a dozen migrants during an immigration raid.

According to officials 12 Cuban migrants were detained in a hotel Thursday in the south side of Juarez, across from El Paso.

Officials say this is the first time the National Guard is known to participate in an immigration raid.

They say the migrants were turned over to immigration authorities for deportation.
