PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Traffic is being detoured after a truck was found teetering on the median of an expressway as a result of a crash, authorities said.
The accident occurred Monday afternoon on West Expressway near Sugar Road, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
All lanes are now reopened, TxDOT stated.
