BROWNSVILLE, Texas – We’re less than two weeks away from the Charro Day festivities in Brownsville. The event has been a long celebration of life and love on the border. Over the years there’s been some spectacular parties during the unique celebration. Cameron County Historical Commissioner Gene Fernandez tells us of one spectacular event in history.
