The Texas Department of Public Safety announced that one Texas ten most wanted fugitive has been captured.

Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force coordinated efforts with their law enforcement counterparts in Mexico to locate and detain  Paulo Sandalio Guillen in Matamoros, Mexico. The wanted felon, affiliated with a clique of the Tango Blast gang, was immediately turned over to the U.S. authorities at the Brownsville Gateway International Bridge.

Guillen had been wanted since August 2017 for parole violation.
