Texas DPS troopers are investigating a fatal crash in Harlingen that took the life of a minor.
It happened last night just after 7:00 on FM 106 near the Port of Harlingen. Investigators say the driver of a tractor trailer failed to yield the right of way. It collided with a white Ford Ranger.
The driver of the Ford was transported to a local hospital with possible injuries. The 14-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
