Team of the Week – La Feria Lions Football

HARLINGEN, Tx (KGBT) – While teams compete for district championships and playoff spots, only one team is relaxing at home with not a worry in site. 

The La Feria Lions have impressed all season with a balanced offensive and defensive approach, an game that has made them the only team in the valley with a perfect 10-0 record. 

The Lions completed their perfect season with a win over the one-loss Hidalgo Pirates last weekend. 

Despite having hopes and expectations beyond the regular season, The La Feria Lion Football Team has earned a week off, as well as this week’s South Texas Vo-Tech Team of the Week honors!
