The State of Tamaulipas says that a 29-year-old  man from Ciudad Madero has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a release, the State Public Health Laboratory of Tamaulipas conducted the test and the Institute of Diagnostics and Epidemiological Reference confirmed the case.

During a press conference on Monday, officials announced the 29-year-old patient had been in contact with another positive case in the community.
