H-E-B will donate $1.00 per picture up to $5,000 per location state wide. Participating valley stores are H-E-B plus! on Saturday, August 19 located at 2409 East Expressway 83 in Mission and on Sunday, August 20 at the H-E-B at 2250 Boca Chica in Brownsville.
