MCALLEN — South Texas College continues to adapt to instruction setting changes, especially for hands-on programs like culinary arts, nursing, and allied health.
The institution is using multi-camera angles to support the learning experience for the students.
Educators say they are seeing a positive response from the students.
“The students are really excited. oh my god, you can see the burners you can see the sauce,” said one instructer on the students’ reactions.
STC is planning on having their summer classes take place completely online.
This week, STC board members approved for the class drop date to extend to May 7th.
