STARR COUNTY, Texas — As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, local leaders are taking additional measures to mitigate the spread of the virus.
Starr County is mandating an order that requires all residents to stay at home.
Additionally, a curfew is enforced for minors and adults.
All persons 17 and under are required to be inside from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., meanwhile all persons over 18 must abide for the curfew from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Residents are only allowed to leave their houses and travel for “essential” reasons.
