SPI Looking at Paid Parking Initiative

The City of South Padre Island will continue research on whether or not to implement a paid parking initiative.

Commonly known as the Beach User Fee, the plan would charge residents $2.00 per hour and up to $12.00 per day for parking along Gulf Boulevard and within city limits.
