Printshop business gets creative during quarantine

Local News

SAN BENITO, Texas — Inside Chuy’s Custom Sports in San Benito, prints are keeping this business running.

Chuy Aguilera, who is the owner of the shop says this new element is what is keeping his business running and his employees working.

“We’ve been keeping busy,” he said listing out the new services offered at his shop. “The masks, the t-shirts, again the signs the minis.”

With sports on the bench, the attention is now focused on the Class of 2020. Everything from masks to t-shirts and signs, he explained as he walked us through the work stations at his Business 77 location.

“The seniors don’t have graduations so the parents are getting excited they’re decorating their homes…it’s been a blessing for us that we can keep on working.”

While business is not where it should be he says he’s adapting to the changes with the help of the community.

“That’s the only way we’re going to survive by helping each other,” he said.
