Primera (Texas)–Primera Police says they have arrested a 34-year old man from Los Fresnos for having a cyber relationship with a 12-year-old girl.
Guadalupe Azorca was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual performance of a child, a first-degree felony and online solicitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.
Officials say during the course of the investigation it was found Azorca had been sending pictures, videos and text messages of sexual nature to the minor.
Azorca received a $30,000 bond for both charges.
The Cameron County District Attorney’s office assisted in the investigation.
