Police: Pride flag taken down in Brownsville, building vandalized

Brownsville, Texas (KVEO)— Officials say individuals took the pride flag down and vandalized the Brownsville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.

The incident occurred Tuesday night. Brownsville police is currently investigating.

The building was vandalized with graffiti with words that said “No LGTB”

The Pride flag was raised on Tuesday, June 23. The city raised the Texas flag in its place.
