A plea deal has been offered to a former Mission pastor accused of aggravated sexual assault and practicing medicine without a license.

On Monday, the District Attorney offered Melquisedec Chan 40 years in prison in exchange for a guilty plea.

In an exclusive interview with CBS 4 back in March, one victim spoke about her abuse.

Once the first report came out back in 2018, a second victim came forward.

Chan’s trial is scheduled to begin on Feb. 18, 2020.
