WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Henry Cuellar announced over $124 million in federal funds to help struggling South Texas citrus growers. The funds, included in the U.S. House of Representatives’ fiscal year 2020 Agriculture Appropriations bill, will provide support to citrus farmers and help protect the industry against pests and disease.
