Mother wanted on three counts of kidnapping

HARLINGEN, Texas – On August 21, an employee of Child Protective Services (CPS) filed a “Kidnapping” report with the Harlingen Police Department. According to the complainant, on August 19 a known female subject, identified as 21-year-old Destiny Rene Galvan, removed three children. A four year female, a one year old male, and a 2 year old male from CPS custody without authorization and in violation of a court order.

Galvan has been identified as the children’s biological mother. Galvan and the children were last seen in a white four door Dodge pick-up bearing Texas Registration KTZ5628 (but it is unknown whether they are still in said vehicle). The family has connections to the Harlingen and Dallas areas.

Galvan is currently wanted on three counts of Kidnapping, a Third Degree Felony.
