Mission Regional Medical Center delivering toys for Christmas

Local News

Mission Regional Medical Center is making Christmas possible for more than 300 children in the Valley.

Today, Santa and hospital staff delivered toys and household necessities to children in several cities including La Joya, Sullivan city, Penitas and Alton.

Hospital officials say the number of families they serve during the holiday season doubles each year.

Marketing Coordinator Liliana Garza, “More than anything, Mission Regional Medical Center does this because it’s our delight to see how these children receive these gifts. They look happy and we do it to share the joy of Christmas for the families in our community.”

This is the third year Mission Regional Medical Center brings Christmas to families in the surrounding areas.
