Local News

Art student from Longoria Middle School partner with Memory Project a nonprofit in Wisconsin that brings smiles to many children across the world.

This organizations invites students and teachers to create and donate portraits to young children who may have been faced with substantial challenges.

These artistic drawings are later delivered in person to the child, in this case Congo Africa was chosen.

With these portraits children will have a personal item with a purpose that could provide them with a meaningful memento.

The mission to draw more children in other locations can be expected from Edinburg CISD.
