One man has been sentenced after Border Patrol agents say they saw him ‘having sex with a cow’ earlier this year.

Jose Nino was sentenced to two years behind bars.

Back in March, Starr County deputies were called out to the Starr/Hidalgo County line in reference to a bestiality case.

After further investigation, Nino was determined to be suspect.
