JUST IN: Ports of Entry to close at midnight to non-essential travel

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas – President Trump announcing the closure of the nation’s ports of entry as of midnight March 21. The closure does not apply to commercial traffic such as trade and those traveling for emergency, medical and educational purposes. Those traveling for work will also be allowed to cross.
