Is the citizenship question on 2020 Census constitutional?

According to rights organizations, the Rio Grande Valley has already lost money since the 2010 census. Today the supreme court justices were divided on the Trump Administration’s desire to ask “if you are a citizen” is constitutional. Since the purpose of the census is to get a headcount of everyone in the U.S. not just citizens. Local 23’s Derick Garcia reports.
