Harlingen Police investigating body found in car

HARLINGEN, Texas – On February 6, shortly after 10:00 p.m., Harlingen Police officers responded to the 3300 Block of Adams Landing in reference to reports of a male that had been shot. When officers arrived they found a deceased Hispanic male sitting in a parked vehicle. The male had, what appeared to be, a single gunshot wound to the chest.

Members of the Harlingen Police Departments Major Crimes Unit were called in to investigate this case. The name of the deceased has been withheld pending notification of family members.
