Harlingen Police execute search warrant

HARLINGEN, Texas – At about 6:00 a.m. today, members of the Harlingen Police Department’s SWAT Team executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1300 block of New Combes Hwy in Harlingen, Texas. During the operation, contact was made with a three male subjects who were detained for investigative purposes. During execution of the search warrant, Officers / Investigators recovered illegal narcotics and U.S. currency.

All three male subjects were placed under arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone (Second Degree Felony). The male subjects were transported the Harlingen City Jail for booking. The narcotics and some U.S. currency was seized, tagged and secured as evidence. The case remains under investigation.
