HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Harlingen police are warning drivers of an upcoming road closure.
Starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, northbound and southbound lanes on Ed Carey Drive will be closed for one hour, according to a social media post from the Harlingen Police Department.
Authorities advise the public to take alternative routes.
