Harlingen Man Wanted For Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon

On Sunday, January 6th, 2019 at approximately 9:50 A.M., Harlingen Police Officers responded to Valley Baptist Medical Center Emergency Room for an adult male subject (victim) that was being treated for a stab wound.

During the course of the investigation, HPD Criminal Investigators learned that the suspect, Daniel Quinones Escorza Jr. had allegedly gotten into an argument with the victim at a Harlingen residence and stabbed him with a sharp object.

The victim was able to get away and left the scene. 

A warrant for Daniel Quinones Escorza Jr. has been issued, charging him with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2nd Degree Felony).

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
