Local News

MCALLLEN, Texas – The trial against Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quesada continues in a McAllen Federal courtroom.

Taking the stand today were former patients. Including a patient who went to him because of concerns over Lupus. But he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The patient said she underwent painful treatments that drastically changed her life. The patient also testified her patient file from Quesada’s office was falsified with claims of having trouble getting dressed and walking up stairs.

The patient eventually went to another doctor for a second opinion and was found not to have Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Co-defendants in this case are his wife Meisy Zamora and two of their employees.
