Firefighters pulled a corpse from a resaca in Brownsville on Monday morning.
At 10:28 a.m. Monday, the Brownsville Fire Department received a call about a corpse in the resaca near the 4200 block of Boca Chica Boulevard, said Assistant Fire Chief Cesar Pedraza.
Firefighters found a woman dead in the resaca, which is located near the Waterside Apartments.
Investigators haven’t released the woman’s name.
