Elsa, Texas (KVEO)—The Elsa police department arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Police say they arrested s 46-year-old Omar Garza on Friday.
Garza was taken into custody, arraigned and remanded to the Hidalgo County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
