EDINBURG, Texas – On Friday January 24 at around 9:17 a.m. the Edinburg Police Department arrested 50-year-old Vicente Garcia Jr. AKA “Vinnie” for Continuous Sexual Abuse of Child victim.

On Saturday January 25 at 11:00 a.m. Vicente Garcia Jr. was taken before Edinburg Municipal Judge Terry Palacios who assessed a $350,000 cash surety bond on him who was then transported to the Hidalgo County Jail in lieu of bond.
