Edinburg extends application deadline for program helping local businesses

EDINBURG, Texas (KVEO) — The city of Edinburg has extended the deadline to apply for the Stimulus Program Aimed at Recovery from COVID (S.P.A.R.C.).

The deadline has been extended to July 29 at 3 p.m.

The S.P.A.R.C. initiative will provide $2.5 million that will ultimately give Edinburg businesses and residents financial relief.

To be eligible residents must live withing Edinburg city limits and need to provide and ID or utility bill, said a release.

To apply for S.P.A.R.C. visit the City of Edinburg Website.
