Large groups are continuing to attempt to cross the Texas border, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Authorities said in a news release that a group of 37 undocumented immigrants were found near Hidalgo on Friday.

Then the following day, agents found a group of 75 undocumented immigrants in the same area.

We’re told that the groups were comprised of family units and 14 unaccompanied children from the countries of Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.

“As these family units and unaccompanied children continue to illegally flow into the United States, agents are pulled from the field to process, jeopardizing operational control of the border,” said Chief Patrol Agent Manuel Padilla, Jr. in a release.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is encouraging citizens to report suspicious activity by calling 1-800-863-9382.
