CBP discovers nearly $14M in methamphetamine at Pharr International Bridge

PHARR, Texas – A big drug bust at the Pharr international bridge.

Liquid meth was discovered in a commercial shipment of fresh produce. During a secondary inspection, with the help of a canine, officers discovered 981 pounds hidden in a shipment of coconuts and fresh limes in a tractor trailer.

A total of 1,017 bags were taken from the vehicle U.S. Customs and Border Protection intercepted close to $14M worth of liquid meth.
