CBP and Bring Your Child to Work Day

Local News

Many kids love to brag about what their parents do for a living. And most are very proud of them, especially if that parent has a super cool job.

Employees from U.S. Customs and Border Protection gave their kids a glimpse of their jobs.
That’s why the RGV ports held their annual “Bring Your Child to Work Day”. It’s designed to familiarize children with the CBP mission and the diversity of their work and workforce.

CBP invited children currently attending school in the 1st to 12th grades to the port. The event also inspired them to strive to achieve their full potential.
