Local News

A cartel member wanted for the murder of a border patrol agent is finally back in the U.S.

Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, is the last suspect authorities were looking for in the 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry.

It happened during a gunfight between agents and five members of a cartel “rip crew”.

The suspect is now enroute to Arizona to face charges.

The agent he killed was part of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit in Nogales, Arizona.
