Brownsville Teen Goes Missing in Mexico, Mother Makes Plea on Facebook

Another disappearance of an American teen who went to visit family in Mexico. 15-year-old Jessica Lizette Garcia of Brownsville went missing earlier this week. The teen’s mother, Esmeralda Davila, posted a photograph and missing report on her own Facebook page.

Davila lives in Matamoros. Lizette went to visit her a few days ago. The teen is listed as presumed kidnapped on a flyer being distributed by the Mexican Department of Justice.

The mother is asking anyone with information, on either side of the border, to please come forward and help. Her number is 868-904-7113.
