Come join us online or in person on April 18 for the Brownsville Mayoral Candidates Forum live from the Brownsville Event Center, on Facebook Live or on ValleyCentral.com as three candidates for the mayor of Brownsville will discuss issues.
The candidates, Mayor Tony Martinez, former city manager Charlie Cabler and Texas Southmost College Trustee Juan “Trey” Mendez III, will debate ways to make Brownsville more age-friendly.
The candidates will take questions regarding housing, transportation, health and other quality of life issues that matter to people of all ages.
The debate will be moderated by CBS 4 News anchor Dan Joseph along with Patricia Guillermo.
The live stream will begin at 6 p.m. on ValleyCentral.com and the CBS 4 Facebook page.
If you want to attend the event in person, the event will take place at the Brownsville Event Center, located at 1 Event Center. Registration is at 5:30 p.m.
