MISSION, Texas — U.S. Border Patrol partnered with the Hidalgo County Constables Office (HCCO) Precinct 4 to stop stash house operations in north Mission, said the agency in release.
They said on Thursday morning, Rio Grande Valley Sector agents, working with the HCCO, responded to a home in Mission that was suspected of operating as a human smuggling stash house.
Both agencies observed the vehicle drop off two individuals on the side of the road. The agents, while speaking with the driver, admitted to the authorities there were undocumented immigrants inside his home.
Furthermore, agents detained the subjects that were dropped off and determined they were illegally present in the United States, said the Border Patrol’s press release.
Inside the residence, agents and deputies discovered additional undocumented immigrants. Agents arrested all subjects and transported them to the station for further processing.
Border Patrol processed the case accordingly.
