Bond set for bank robbery suspect

Harlingen, Texas (KVEO)—A man was charged on Monday after shooting a teller during a bank robbery.

Mohamed Pathe Bah, 26, was charged with one count of aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $750.000

Officials say the robbery occurred just before 10 a.m. at the Texas Regional Bank on June 26.

Bah shot the victim and demanded money from another bank teller at the window. After receiving the money, he fled the scene on a bicycle.

Bah was located on Ed Carey and 25th. He had a black handgun and a black bag with a large amount of money inside.

Officials say the victim had non-life threatening injuries and has been released from the hospital.
